Does anyone know how to use this ceramic chicken cooker?
I just received a ceramic chicken cooker from the ABC Distributing catalog and it did not come with any directions. It is for a whole chicken and vegetables on the side and is used in the oven but I am not sure at what temperature, for how long, when I need to add the vegetables, etc. Please help!
Pour beer in center well. Stand whole chicken straight up over filled beer well.
Add root veggies, onions, garlic to bowl portion.
Cook at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
